This information notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform individuals who contact us through the contact form on the www.morajans.media website, by e-mail, by telephone or via WhatsApp.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, telephone number (if you provide it) and company name.
- Request content: the subject and details you submit via the form or in a message.
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of submission, and technical session information used to prevent abuse.
- Analytics (only with your consent): website usage data such as page views and clicks (see the Privacy and Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your request, quote request or question;
- Conducting negotiations aimed at entering into a service agreement;
- Protecting the form against spam and automated (bot) submissions, and ensuring information security;
- Fulfilling legal obligations and using the data as evidence in the event of a potential dispute.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website, e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp, and is processed on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) "processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", Art. 5/2-(ç) "processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation" and Art. 5/2-(f) "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (cookie consent).
5. Transfer
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the hosting service provider where the website is hosted and to the provider of our corporate e-mail service (Yandex). As the e-mail service provider's servers may be located outside Türkiye, this transfer is assessed under KVKK Art. 9 (cross-border transfer). If you consent to analytics cookies, website usage data is transferred to Google LLC. Beyond these, your data is not shared with or sold to third parties, and no personal data is entered into AI tools. Where required by law, it may be shared with competent public authorities.
6. Retention period
Correspondence relating to your request is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of the request; if a service agreement is concluded, it is retained for the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation, and is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its erasure or destruction within the framework of KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to account@morajans.media or in writing to our address above. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
